2. Payments and Charges

2.1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. By submitting payment information, you confirm authorization to use the provided method and permit us to charge the amount due.

2.2. Account Balance

You may top up your balance within your account. This balance can be used to purchase pre-generated art or generate new artworks using prompts.

2.3. Charging Authorization

By making a purchase, you allow Dreamynth to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including any fees.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund or cancel a purchase within 30 days of receiving the content, provided the content has not been used. Refund requests must be submitted in writing or through the cancellation tool on the Website.

3.2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations beyond 30 days or for service-related fees such as research or lab fees.

3.3. Cancellation Consequences

If your cancellation is approved, your right to use the associated content ends immediately, and you must delete or destroy all copies. A refund will be issued to your account or card.
